Role
Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting Human Resource by directing and coordinating administrative functions of the organization such as, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information, screening applications and provide clerical support.

Job Duties Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed Filing paperwork away Take and deliver messages Sign in visitors Hand out vest and badges to visitors Screen applications Listen to voicemails daily, relay messages to supervisors and Human Resources Update, delete voicemails as needed Print new hire paperwork and applications Fill out I9 and W4 (New hire paperwork) Organize new hire paperwork Maintain employee records Support Human Resources by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
